44 days to go and rooms are booked

I hope that everyone had an enjoyable St. Patty's Day and that the black stuff was good to you!

I attempted Irish stew for dinner, substituting with chicken or course, and I believe it turned out quite well.

So where will we be staying on our trip you ask? (I know you didn't, but you're going to find out anyway...)

In Dublin, we will spend our first two nights at Avalon House

Our final night in Dublin will be spent near the airport to make the early morning flight a little easier at Carlton Dublin Airport Hotel

Finally, in London, we will be staying one night at Huttons Hotel

If you have any suggestions of must sees in Dublin or London, please let us know!

In other news, WW has been good to me lately - down 35.8 lbs in total...should be able to reach 40 at least before I leave - wish me luck!!

So tired

I'm not sure why I'm practically falling asleep at my desk today. I think this crazy weather going from insanely cold to reasonable is taking a toll on my body. I believe in you groundhog! Don't let me down...you said spring was coming early this year, now it's time to make that happen!

Work is crazy right now and I already can't wait for the weekend to arrive. If I get a jolt of energy later, I'll explain more.
